Do you price match?
GrandProm.com does not match online or offline competitor’s prices.  We strive to maintain highly competitive prices and superior service.  We do not add on charges such as insurance and other hidden fees. Free shipping is often available on large orders

Online images of product colors and actual dress and swatch color vary due to display and monitor settings.

What are your payment options?
Through our shopping cart we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. In-store, by phone, email or live chat we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as well as check, cash and money order.  All payments must be in U.S. currency only.

How is my online merchandise shipped?
Your package will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, United States Post Office, or Spee-Dee depending which carrier is the most efficient and cost effective to your address. Shipping and handling costs depend on the shipping method you choose (Standard, 2 day, next day, etc), the weight of the item, and where the order is going. Depending on your location, several shipping methods may be available. Signature is required for your package to be delivered – therefore we strongly recommend using a ship to address that has a receiving person to sign for the package. When the package leaves our shipping department, you will be e-mailed the carrier’s name, tracking number and the date it was shipped from weddingshoppeinc.com. To receive the package in a timely manner, we suggest using a work address or residence where someone can sign for the package. For more information regarding shipping, view our Terms and Condition.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to almost any address in the world. Internationally, carriers do not always deliver to select countries and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to designer restrictions. Most product pages and/or designer pages will state any possible restrictions to your location. If you order an item we are unable to ship, we will contact you with any alternative shipping methods or the option to cancel the undeliverable items.

Are prom dresses available year round?
No. Most prom designer have enough inventory to fill most orders from January to March. The closer you get to March and April, designers will start to have less inventory. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified with 10 days with the option to cancel your order or change to a similar style.

Is there sales tax?

GrandProm.com does not charge sales tax for any products shipping outside the state of Minnesota.  All orders shipping within Minnesota will be charged the appropriate state and local sales tax

How will I know my order is accepted and when will my merchandise ship to me?
We will be notifying you throughout the ordering process.  You will receive a confirmation email when your order/payment is submitted.  You will also receive a second confirmation once we get a shipping date from the designer (within 10 business days of placing your order).  Finally, we will email you with a tracking number and ship date when your merchandise is en route to you!

What is your return policy?

Online merchandise cannot be returned to our store, we accept online merchandise returns via mail only. Items purchased in-store at Wedding Shoppe Inc. may not be returned or exchanged, neither in-store or via mail.

Should you need to return an item purchased online, please review the complete details below to determine if any special conditions or restocking fees apply.

Online merchandise that cannot be returned:
- Special custom ordered bridal gowns such as hollow to hem, special measurements, discontinued gowns, or in-stock samples.
- Bridesmaid dresses
- Personalized or dyed items

Dresses
We accept returns on new dresses (excluding bridesmaid dresses) in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair – and must have tags intact and still attached.  All returns must be with 10 days of when the shipment was delivered by the carrier. All returned dresses will have a 50% restocking fee applied to the full purchase price of the dress. Returned dresses will void any promotional codes and any merchandise purchased using a promotional code will be charged the full retail price.

Accessories
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your accessory order, weddingshoppeinc.com will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price of accessories with no restocking fee (Personalized or dyed items are excluded). Returnable items must be sent back within 10 days of when the shipment was delivered by the carrier and in their original condition and must have any tags intact and still attached.

Shipping Responsibility
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to weddingshoppeinc.com. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.

Obtaining a RA number
To request a Return Authorization (RA) for an item please contact customer service at 1-877-294-4991. Returns will not be accepted without a RA number. RA numbers will expire after 14 days, and the items will not be accepted if it returned after that time.
